Initiated in the spring of 2022, the company has concentrated on improving the direction of its mission- to focus on a level of personalization to emphasize the essential qualities of people, and to co-create content with partner organizations to reflect what is needed most within their organization. Our company uses modernized platforms that are relatable and flexible and diversifies expectations of traditional trainings.

Tim Munyon’s career journey is both diverse and rich in experience. After serving in the Air Force, he completed his education at North Central University and Denver Seminary. Tim then shared his knowledge of humanities as a faculty member at a denominational college in North Dakota. His path took a new direction when he ventured into the corporate world, assuming roles as a technical writer and instructional designer within the IT departments of notable companies such as J.D. Edwards, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Quantum, 3M, and Western Union. Spanning the military, nonprofit, academic, and for-profit sectors, Tim’s professional narrative reflects a broad spectrum of expertise.
In recent years, Tim has been channeling over three decades of instructional design experience into producing animated training videos for both the public and private sectors. His innovative work can be explored through various examples featured on the Encore Services website.
