Encore has recently applied to the Wyoming Governor's Council on Developmental Disabilities (WGCDD) Bright Ideas Grant. Our project is called "Finding Your Voice," and it focuses on teaching individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities about their civil rights and how to be civically engaged through customized animation videos. The project will also teach voice acting techniques to participants and will hire them to act in the videos. Check out the clip below for more information on the project!
