Encore has proudly submitted an application for the prestigious Bright Ideas Grant from the Wyoming Governor's Council on Developmental Disabilities (WGCDD). Our proposed project, "Finding Your Voice," seeks to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through custom animation videos, highlighting civil rights and civic engagement.

Additionally, participants will be taught voice acting techniques and given the opportunity to contribute their voices to the videos, making this an immersive and empowering experience.
